Zach and Zane did such a good job. They were super knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. This isn’t a service I would usually splurge for, as I figured my HVAC worked “good enough,” but the difference now is like day and night. There are no more random weird smells in my house, and they even fixed a rattling vent the was driving me crazy at night. It’s hot here and your A/C is likely running most of the time when you’re home. It’s worth it to keep it clean.

I was pleasantly surprised to know that Customer Service still exists today!!! I contacted several Air Duct Cleaning Companies in the Las Vegas Area for comparative pricing. E-ZZ was right in the “Ball Park”. However, what impressed me most was how curious, Misty was when I called and how quickly she responded with an estimate and follow up. Description of the cleaning process was explained in detail before the final price. When the team arrived promptly at the scheduled time -They were dressed well, clean, friendly, & very polite. The work was efficent & clean up was completed. Just as they left I found out all 3 Techs were partners in the business. This certainly says a lot for the wonderful customer service we received. I was able to schedule a next day appointment. I was happy with a flat rate instead of getting an unexpected expense. These guys came to the job clean, friendly, and explained everything thoroughly. I really appreciated that they took time to do extra things, like cutting down the metal connector tube and taking pictures and videos before, during, and after. And they were done in less than an hour.

This company was amazing! They are very professional and they did an amazing job! They got so much dog hair out of my system. I haven't had dogs for almost a year!
